New Enrollment Process for Returning Students

The contracting process for FY22 is taking place in our school wide information system, Veracross. It will involve different steps and decisions than it has in the past so an Enrollment Package will be sent to returning families in January describing elements of the process. Newly admitted families can get enrollment information directly from the Admissions office. Enrollment will be completed solely through Veracross. The MAI Way portal will be used ONLY for families seeking MAI Way individualized tuition.

February 1st – Complete Veracross re-enrollment form

Instead of a formal enrollment process, families will be asked to tell us your re-enrollment intentions for the next school year. No registration fee will be taken at that time – it will be a simple request to follow a link to the Veracross website and indicate your intentions for your child(ren) next year.

Enrollment applications for new siblings of currently-enrolled Maimo families are due.

March 15th – April 15th Tuition contracts are available

Tuition contracts will be published in Veracross on a rolling basis.

April 30th – Submit Veracross enrollment package

Tuition contracts are to be signed and other enrollment materials completed. At this time, a tuition deposit is due of $650 for each re-enrolled student.
