Request Information
First time inquiring about Pingree? If you're considering applying, please complete an online inquiry form to have information sent to you. This will also create an Admission Portal account where you'll be able to manage your Pingree School application.
Not sure if you have an account? Visit the portal login page and click the forgot your password link. Type in your email address to check and see if you already have an account. This process will prevent the creation of duplicate accounts.
Schedule an Interview and Tour
Call the Admission Office at 978.468.4415, ext. 262 to schedule an appointment. For the time being, we will be conducting virtual interviews. During this one-hour visit, prospective students and their families will meet with an admission representative. Families will also have the opportunity to schedule an appointment with one of our students to learn more about their experience at Pingree. We will also provide the opportunity to speak with a current parent representative. Interviews will begin the first week of October. An interview is a required part of the admissions process.
Register for Your Entrance Exam (Optional)
Due to the pandemic, standardized testing will be optional for entry in fall of next year. Pingree will review SSAT or ISEE scores if submitted. For the latest information on exam options at this time and to register, go to www.ssat.org or www.iseetest.org. For more information, please contact the Admission Office at admissions@pingree.org.

Complete the Application
If you prefer to apply using a paper application, you may download the forms here. Pingree will also accept the SAO (SSAT) common application.
We encourage you to submit materials as early as possible for efficient processing.
Apply for Financial Aid
The deadline to apply for financial aid is January 1 for returning families and January 15 for new families.
Applications for financial aid must be completed online through the School and Student Services (SSS) website at www.solutionsbysss.com. In addition, families must submit a signed copy of the most recently filed 1040 tax form, with all attendant schedules, to the Financial Aid Office by the application deadlines noted above. All returning families are required to reapply for financial aid on an annual basis.
(Please note, these forms can also be uploaded online to a secure web portal at www.solutionsbysss.com.) No financial aid will be granted unless these steps are taken.
Request That Your Current School Forward Your Transcript and Recommendations to Pingree
Follow the instructions for the Pingree online application. If using a paper application, click the following links to download and print the Transcript, English Recommendation, Math Recommendation, Optional Recommendation Forms. All materials must be submitted by January 15.
