(for applicants for 5th-12th) To be completed in the student’s own handwriting after visiting the school.
Teacher Recommendations
Two recommendations from current or previous year teachers are required. Core subject teachers preferred. Please provide the Admissions Director with the email addresses of the teachers you wish to complete your student’s recommendations.
Student Transcript
Provide student transcripts that include grades from the last two school years.
Provide standardized test scores from at least the last two school years.
If the student has ever been assessed for learning differences or for other psychological reasons related to learning, submit a copy of test reports along with the application.
