We are thrilled and honored that you are considering a Saints education! Thank you for your interest in learning more about our school community. The admission process can be both exciting and daunting, and our Admission team is here to smooth your path and to be of any assistance. If you have questions, they want to provide answers!

A unique feature of a SSSAS education is our three distinct campuses, each home to facilities designed and dedicated to that specific age group, and each with an incredible faculty committed to and expert in those grades. Accordingly, you will see that the admission section of our website is similarly delineated. Simply follow the division of interest to you and we will guide you through the admission process and provide you key contact information.

Welcome to St. Stephen's and St. Agnes, where every student is valued as a child of God and taught to meet the world with fearless curiosity. We're so glad you're here.

How to Apply

The Application Process in Your Hands

We use an online portal, My SSSAS located on the top right of each screen. Once you establish an account, you can manage your child's application and schedule visits on your schedule.

Getting started is easy!

  • Log in to My SSSAS (login screen shown here).
    • If you need to create an account, note the highlighted section.
    • If you forget your login information, you can request a reminder shown on the bottom right of the login screen.
  • Once logged in, select your student's name to open the checklist in the far left corner.
  • Navigate to the application checklist and follow the button prompts.(Checklist screen shown right).
    • Notice the online Schedule feature that displays the available appointments on a calendar. Choose a time that works for you.

Your account will also display updates to your application checklist status with updates, such as transcripts and recommendations, that generally appear within 24 hours.

Once your student is enrolled, this same portal manages academic progress and is a family resource where homework assignments and grades are posted. Parents and students appreciate having one location to manage all their school information.

Tip: As with most accounts, it's good practice to keep track of your login and password information. If you forget, you can request a reminder shown on the bottom right of the login screen.
