Thank you for your interest in applying to Pioneer Academy! We hope you have had the chance to read through our website and look forward to helping you learn more about our school as we learn about you throughout the admissions process.

We are committed to partnering with you on making this journey as informative as possible as you evaluate the best school for your child and family—one of the most important decisions in your child's life.

Domestic Students

STEP 1: Complete the Online Application Form

STEP 2: Schedule an Interview and Assessment
Schedule an Interview and Assessment of the Student’s current level of Academic performance in both Math and Language Arts.

• Pre-K students will only take interviews.
• Students entering Grade K will be required to provide Preschool progress reports/behavior reports.
• Students entering Grades K-2 will be required to take an In-house Assessment.
• Students entering Grades 1-12 will be required to provide report cards/behavior report from the previous 2 years.
• Students entering Grades 9-12 will also be required to submit 2 letters of Recommendation (preferably from Guidance Counselors, Math/Science or English teacher). In addition, students entering Grade 12 will be required to provide SAT/ACT Scores.

(Testing usually takes 2 hours)

STEP 3: Receive your Admission Decision
Receive your admission decision one week after the completion of your Application.

STEP 4: Complete the Enrollment Package
If you are accepted, please complete the Enrollment package and return it to Pioneer Academy.

STEP 5: Arrange your First Payment with Business Office
Accepted students are required to schedule an appointment with the School Accountant to arrange their first tuition payment. You may contact the School Accountant either via phone at 973-4055169 x132/130 or via e-mail at bm@pioneeracademy.org

International Students

STEP 1: Complete the Online Application Form
Pioneer Academy is a private day and boarding school for grades Pre-K through 12. Pioneer Academy serves local, domestic and international students.

STEP 2: Submit your Academic Records
Send all your transcripts/grades and/or report cards after having them translated into English.

STEP 3: Submit your Language Proficiency Test Results
Send all your language proficiency test scores (TOEFL/IELTS etc. if available).

STEP 4: Submit Enrollment Forms after receiving Decision Letter
Upon receiving the decision letter, please fill out all enrollment forms sent by the admissions counselor.

STEP 5: Pay Tuition Fees
Submit your application & tuition fees to the account number provided in the enrollment form.

STEP 6: Apply for F-1 Visa
After receiving your I-20, start your F-1 visa application at the closest U.S. Embassy.

STEP 7: Start Packing :)
Once your F-1 visa is approved, start packing up for New Jersey, USA!
