Our Middle School provides a transition from a homeroom-based elementary experience to our department-based Upper School in a supportive and challenging environment.

Whenever possible, St. Mary's School will accept applications for mid-year transfer students on a case by case basis. Students considering a mid-year transfer must complete the admissions application. Tuition will be pro-rated to the nearest quarter. Tuition grants are not available for the transfer year.
5th grade
Applications, including the family interview must be completed by November 15.
Grades 6-12
Applications, including the family interview, must be completed by February 15. After February 15 any remaining openings will be filled on a rolling admission basis.
The application fee is $75 for domestic applicants and $160 for international applicants. All admissions decisions will be made in mid-February.
Grade 5 Admission Decisions
Admission decisions will emailed by mid- November. Tuition grant decisions will be mailed by late-April.
Grades 6-12 Admission Decisions
Admission decisions will be emailed by mid-February. Tuition grant decisions will be mailed by late-April.
