Documents For Admission

Incoming Freshman Application Documentation

• 7th & 8th Grade Transcript- Provide a photocopy of the student's transcript that includes all grades from 7th grade and the 1st semester of 8th grade. If applicable, any earned high school credits should be included.
• Standardized Test Scores (Iowa, Terra Nova, FSA, EOC, SSAT) - Provide photocopy of results.
• If the student took the HSPT at another Archdiocesan school, please include the HSPT Score Report.

Transfer Checklist

Review STA Academics and Graduation Requirements to evaluate if STA is the best fit for your academic future.

An application for admission will be reviewed once the following are complete/received:

• Completed Transfer Application*
• $50 application fee
• Transcript standardized test scores
• Recent Grade Report (if applicable)
• Service Hour Report (if not included on transcript)
