Requirements

The minimum requirements for enrollment at Austin Peace Academy are for the child to be fully potty-trained and at least 3-years-old at the time of admission.

Students who turn 3 by September 01 will be placed in the Pre-K1 group. Those who turn 4 by September 01 can be placed in the Pre-K2 group. Students who turn 5 by September 01 will be admitted to Kindergarten.

All other grade levels will adhere to the same system of promotion by age and grade-specific qualifying exams.

Austin Peace Academy proudly accepts students from all religious and non-religious backgrounds and the students are not required to adhere to or convert to any religious or other faith-based doctrines.

How to Apply

The following information is needed for all students to enroll at Austin Peace Academy:

• Completed Application Form
• Copy of the Student’s Birth Certificate
• Signed Authorization for Emergency Medical Attention
• Copy of the Student’s Immunization Record
• Doctor’s Statement of the Student’s Health Record
• Signed Tuition plan contract
• Signed Acceptance of Rules and Regulations Outlined in the Parent’s Handbook

For transferring students, the following documents are required as well:

• Report Cards (for transferring students)
• Permission for Transfer of Records (transferring students)

For Pre-K1, Pre-K2 and Kindergarten students, the following additional document is required:

Enrollment Information form (for students in preschool).

Here are the rates for the Pre-K program if you enroll your child part-time.

• 4 days – $625
• 3 days – $525
• 2 days- $425

International Students

About the Program

Already home to students of many different backgrounds and cultures, Austin Peace Academy is excited to expand its reach to International students. Austin Peace Academy proudly accepts students from all religious and non-religious backgrounds and the students are not required to adhere to or convert to any religious or other faith-based doctorines. Austin Peace Academy boasts a diverse student body and believes it adds tremendous value to our school. The more perspectives, traditions, and experiences a student can learn and pull from, the more enriched of a learning experience they will have. Our academic program is designed to support international students who are seeking a supportive school environment that will provide a solid foundation for university study in the United States.

International students planning to attend Austin Peace Academy must submit the following documents before admission can be granted and an I-20 issued.

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Passport
• Student Application online
• English/Mathematics Assessments (TOEFL, ISEE, IELTS)
• Current Transcript
• Immunization Records
• Copy of current bank statement
• $550 application fee (non-refundable)
• A Skype interview or phone interview

Once families sign the enrollment contract and pay the Annual Fee, an I-20 will be issued. The International fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if the student is denied a visa. You may fax your online application to 512-926-1737 or email it to [email protected]

Austin Peace Academy collaborates with outside organization to assist international students in arranging for boarding with a host family. The cost of boarding which includes meal and transportation is $35,000 a year. For more information contact Ms.Maisaa Hawana.
