Evolution International School is accepting applications for the current academic year as well as the next academic year. To apply, please review the Enrolment Guide for your intended academic year and the Student Registration Documents below.

Prospective students will take the CAT4 tests from the UK to assess verbal, non-verbal, mathematical, and spatial reasoning. These tests give the school a good indication of the child’s potential for learning and do not cover any prescribed curriculum material as such, the results of these tests come from the UK.

In house school tours are canceled because of Covid-19. However, we have prepared a pre-recorded tour and presentation of the school that would hopefully give you a better understanding of the essence of Evolution International School.
Documents required for Students’ Registration
Students Egyptian all from required Document
- Original computerized birth certificate
- Copy of the mother’s national ID card
- Copy of the father’s national ID card
- 12 personal photos
- A copy of the legal document proving the custody of the student (in case of divorced parents)
- Copy of the vaccination records
Document required from all non-Egyptian students
- Copy of the student’s passport with the non-touristic residency visa and the entrance stamp
- Legal Arabic translation of the birth certificate attested by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Copy of the guardian’s passport with the non-touristic residency visa and the entrance stamp
- No objection letter to study at the school from the embassy of the student’s country in Egypt
- Expat joining request from Kerdasa educational department
Additional documents for local transfer
- A historical log from the transferring school stating the grades that the student was enrolled in since joining the school
- Statement of enrolment or statement of success sealed by the educational administration
- Transfer request form sealed from the transferring school and the educational department affiliating this school to “New Giza International School”
- For transfers from another governorate, all above documents must be sealed from the governorate’s central educational department as well as Giza central educational department
- Printout of the electronic transfer document sealed by the transferring school
Additional documents international transfers
- Enrolment and success certificate translated into Arabic stamped by the transferring school and attested by the Ministry of Education in the transferring country as well as the embassy of this country in Egypt and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Latest degree attained translated into Arabic stamped by the transferring school and attested by the Ministry of Education in the transferring country as well as the embassy of this country in Egypt and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Egyptians only: Joining request from Kerdasa educational department for Egyptian students returning from abroad as well as copy of the passport with the entrance stamp to Egypt.
