Documents Required for Admission
It is mandatory to bring the color copy of the following documents along with you when your ward is invited for the interactive session / written assessment.
- Print out of the Online Registration Form
- Copy of the valid Emirates ID of student and parents
- Copy of the attested TC (applicable for grade 2 and above)
- Final report card of last grade attended
- Vaccination record
- Medical insurance card of student
- Electricity /water bill/ tenancy contract (mentioning premises ID)
- Passport copy and residence visa of student/parent
- Attested birth certificate
Admission Procedure
Stage 1: Fill in the registration form on the school website.
Stage 2: Confirming the Registration
- The candidate will be invited for an interactive session till grade 1 and grade 2 upwards for an entrance test as per the schedule through email/SMS/phone call.
- Based on the successful completion of assessment, followed by meeting with the principal a nonrefundable amount of AED600/-(cash only) has to be paid for confirming the registration and the same will be adjusted from the first instalment of the tuition fee.
Stage 3: Admissions
- The “Confirmed registered” students will be granted admission only after paying the tuition fees as per the fee schedule attached.
- Kindly visit the school’s cashier between Monday, 13th January to Sunday, 19th January between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon, to pay the fees and complete the formalities for the admission. Office will remain closed on Saturday, 18th January.
- If the tuition fees is not paid within the given time frame then the seat may be offered to another student.
Stage 4: Confirmation of Admission
- The admission can be guaranteed only after registering the child in the ADEK portal with the
- original Emirates ID. The tentative date for this will be intimated as per ADEK directive
