Admission dates are announced through newspapers, and the admission tests are conducted from April onwards. Parents are requested to observe the concerned rules and directives.

Once all records have been collected, the application will be reviewed by the Principal. Admission may be granted, denied or the school may place the student on a waiting list. In all cases, the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified by mail.

When there are no places available in the desired class, successful students will be placed on a waiting list and considered for the first available vacancy.

Acceptance letter

If admission is granted, parents will be notified in an acceptance email.

Age shall be counted as on 15th April each year according to Gregorian calendar. Date of birth on passport and birth certificate should correspond with each other.

Documents Required

The following documents are required to be attached to the admission form:

  • A photocopy of the Birth Certificate for admission in KG I
  • The original School-leaving Certificate should be attested by the following:
  • A photocopy of the valid passport of the student with the valid Residence Visa
  • Ministry of education or the Education Bureau of the Country
  • Four (4) passport size photographs
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Original Transfer Certificate (in English) for those coming from other schools
  • The Embassy or the Consulate of U.A.E. where the same certificate is issued
  • A photocopy of fathers passport

Local Transfer Case: Students transferred from U.A.E. local schools are admitted after the approval of Educational Zone. Discontinuation of studies should not exceed two (2) weeks, and for students coming from abroad the Discontinuation period should not exceed one (1) month.

Note: Mark-sheet of SSC Examination will be required for admission to College classes
