Admissions To EYP
The Early Years Programme is open to all students with the minimum age of 3 years. The Programme is inclusive by design; students of all interests and academic abilities can benefit from participation.
Admission Process
These are the steps you need to go through in order to secure a place for your child in the school:
- Check the place and collect a pre-registration form from school. Complete the pre-registration form and take it to the Registrar’s Office along with the supporting documents (photographs, valid passport and residence permit copies).
- The Registrar will check the application form and the availability of a place according to your child’s age.
- Schedules will be fixed by the school on convenient dates for the school but in consultation with the parents for one to one counselling and a complete school tour.
- A diagnostic test will be conducted followed by a personal interaction session with a member of the Senior Leadership team.
- Results of interviews will be given to you within 2-3 days and if your child reaches the required standard, she/he can be invited to join the school. If the place is accepted, you will be required to sign the declaration form and pay the non-refundable registration fee, first term tuition fee, textbook and uniform costs (and transport fee if applicable), together with a refundable interest free cautionary deposit.
- Where the classes are full, you can submit an application to go onto the waiting list.
- Parents need to pay the tuition and transport fees within 15 days before the start of each term.
Admissions To PYP
At BCS through the PYP curriculum for Grade 1 -5, we nurture in our young students between the ages of 5 to 10 years a passionate love for learning.

Admissions To MYP
BCS‘s Middle Years Programme is the curriculum for Grades 6-8 (age group of 11 – 13 years). The MYP is a challenging framework that encourages students to make practical connections between their studies and the real world.
Following are the steps you need to follow to secure a place for your child in the school:
- Collect a pre-registration form from the school, fill in the same and submit it to the Registrar’s office along with the supporting the supporting documents ( photographs, valid passport, residence permit copies and a recent copy of your child’s last school report) either in person or by email to registrar@betacambridge.com/ academicregistrar@betacambridge.com.
- Registrar will scrutinize the application form and the availability of the place according to your child’s age
- Schedule of school visit will be fixed by the school on convenient dates for the school but in consultation with the parents for one to one counselling and a complete school tour.
- An entrance examination will be conducted followed by a personal interaction session with a member of the Senior Leadership Team for the preliminary assessment.
- Results of interviews will be given to parent within 2-3 days and if your child meets the required standard, she/he shall be invited to join the school. If the invitation is accepted, parent will be required to sign the Declaration Form and pay the non-refundable Registration Fee, first term Tuition Fee, textbook and uniform costs, transport fee (if applicable) and a refundable interest free Cautionary Deposit.
- In case the classes are full, parent can submit an application to be in the waiting list.
- Parents need to pay the termly Tuition and Transport fees 15 days before the start of each term.
Admissions To IGCSE
At BCS, the content of the UK Cambridge Curriculum is adapted to be taught through the IB methodology. Students may complete their IB MYP programme at the end of Grade 8, proceeding with IGCSE subjects and assessments during Grades 9 and 10.
