Applying to BUITEMS
Step: 1 Major
You will be studying a particular field for several years. Therefore, you should make sure to choose a field that interests and excites you.
Step: 2 Apply
Fill up the admission form online and submit its hardcopy in admission office along with the required documents and bank receipt of admission processing fee.
Step: 3 Test
Eligible candidates will be invited to appear in the admissions test conducted by NTS. The valid test results of NTS/HAT are also acceptable.
Step: 4 Admission
Admission will be offered based on the merit calculated from the marks of Matric, Intermediate and the admission test.

- For registration and online application, please visit:https://oas.buitms.edu.pk.Upon successful submission of online application, print the processing fee slip and the (filled in) application form.
- Application processing fee (Rs.3500/non-refundable) can be deposited in Habib Bank Limited against online Account No. 2358-70001966-01, BUITEMS Airport Road, Quetta. The Application processing fee can also be deposited by demand draft drawn in favor of Registrar BUITEMS.
- Attested copies of all educational documents(Degrees and DMCs), CNIC (applicant's & father's) / B Form (applicant's) local/domicile certificate (applicant's/father's), character certificate issued by last attended institution and 2 recent photographs must be attached with the admission form.
- Printed application form, processing fee slip and attested copies of documents must be sent to "Director Student Affairs & Academics, BUITEMS, Takatu Campus, Airport Road, Quetta, for Quetta-based programs before the closing date. For Muslim-Bagh and Zhob campus the filled in form may be submitted at relevant campuses, before the closing date.
- Incomplete applications are liable to rejection.
- Valid NTS (NAT)/(LAT), HEC (HAT) and HEC(LAT) are acceptable
- Students awaiting result may also apply. However, an attested copy of the result shall have to be submitted by the candidate on the date as notified by the university through its official website.
- Candidates from other Provinces are encouraged to apply.
Douments are Required
- Attested copy of Secondary School Certificate
- Attested copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate
- Attested copy of the Applicant’s CNIC / B-form
- Attested copy of Local/Domicile
- Bank draft/pay order/receipt of cash payment (admission processing fee)
- Six recent photographs (passport size)
- Attested copy of CNIC of the applicant’s father/guardian
- Attested copy of Character Certificate from the last institute attended
