Admission Process

Inclusion Statement
Hayah International Academy believes in inclusive practice that honors similarities and differences in our immediate and wider community. Hayah welcomes all students regardless of their ethnicity, religion or gender. Acceptance in Hayah is based on the students’ best interest and the school’s ability to cater for their needs.

Applications To Grades 1 To 11

You are welcome to visit our office to pick up your application form or alternatively you may download the Application Form and Confidential Form. Please make sure you provide us with a completed application form and the below required documents. Kindly note that all documents need to be copies and not original.

• Two recent passport size pictures of the applicant
• Copy of the applicant’s computer-generated birth certificate (Egyptian Students)
• Copy of applicant’s passport (Non-Egyptian students and Egyptian students if available)
• Copy of both parents’ IDs
• Copy of most recent report card for current academic year (2021/2022)
• Copy of academic end of year report for the past two academic years
• Completed Confidential Reference Form (to be filled out by current Class Teacher for grades 1 to 5 and by School Principal for grades 6 to 11)
• Copy of High School Transcript (students comping from an American school system and applying to grades 10 to 11)

Applicants Applying To Grades 1 To 11 From Abroad

Kindly scan the completed application form and required documents and send them to us via email to admission@hayahacademy.com . Once we have received the application and required documents, we will schedule the needed assessments. Applicants to grades 3-11 may be assessed at our school or alternatively the assessments can be sent to their current school to be carried out under their supervision. Please note that assessments for grades 1 and 2 need to be carried out in our school.
