Admission

- Online Application:

• Please fill in the online Application form correctly and accurately. (Application Form)

• The Application will not be able to be processed in case of any missing information or requirements not complying with ISE admissions criteria.
• Subject to the availability of places, the school will conduct age-based assessments for each applicant.

2- School Admissions:

• Applicants should submit the required documents, and the Admissions Office sets an appointment for an assessment and a parent’s interview on the same day.
• For Pre-K & KG1: A copy of the Nursery report should be submitted with the application form.
• For transfers:

1- A copy of the reports for the last two years.

2- Behavioral Letter (letter of good conduct) from the current school.

3- Student’s Assessment:

• Applicants will be assessed according to the grade level they are applying for.
• Please note that an invitation for assessment does not guarantee the offer of a place.

4- Assessment Fees:

• There is a 1,200 EGP assessment fee that must be paid the morning of the assessment in the business office.

5- Assessment Results:

• Parents are notified within five working days after testing whether or not the student has met admissions standards.

6- Enrollment and Registration:

• A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of 10,000 EGP is due within five working days from acceptance notification to reserve a place for the following year.

7- Required Documents after Acceptance:

The following documents should be submitted to the Student Affairs Officer after registration and before the 1st of August:

1. 6 copies of a recent colored photograph, passport size
2. An original electronic birth certificate (Egyptians only)
3. Copy of passport (Foreigners only)
4. Copy of both parent’s IDs
5. Vaccination certificate
6. Original year-end reports for the past two years (including the most recent report from the current school)
7. Confidential letter of good conduct from the most recent school
8. Study sequence certificate
9. 4 transfer letters from the current school

School Visits and Tours:

• Parents are encouraged to have an appointment to visit the school on a normal school day and to gather information about the admissions process.
