Admissions Steps
Parents / Guardians Are Required to Submit the Following Documents:
- Completed Application Form.
- Attested Transcripts (Transfer / Leaving Certificates, Performance Report, etc.) of previous schools for admission to GRADE 1 & above.
- 6 recent passport-size photographs.
- Original and Copy of valid National ID / Iqama of the student.
- Original and Copy of valid National ID / Iqama of both parents.
- Original and Copy of passport of the student.
- Original and Copy of passport of both parents.
- Original and Copy of Birth Certificate.
- Completed Medical Record Form.
- Original and Copy of Vaccination Certificate.
- Students transferring from schools within Saudi Arabia but outside Makkah have to get their School Transfer (Leaving) Certificate / Last Report Card attested by the Ministry of Education.
- Students transferring from schools outside Saudi Arabia have to get their School Transfer (Leaving) Certificate / Last Report Card attested from the Ministry of Education of their country, Ministry of External Affairs (Foreign Affairs) and Saudi Cultural Attaché.
- The originals of all documents need to be verified by the admission office and applicants are required to submit original documents for verification.
- The applicant is advised to keep copies of all materials submitted to the school.
