Grade 8 Application
Grade 8 applications are controlled by the Gauteng Department of Education.The procedure is to register on line – gdeadmissions.gov.zaGauteng Department of Education rules on the opening and closing dates of applications.
The procedure when applications open online:
- Parents to register child online (Please make note of your username and password as you will need to use this again, during the registration).
- Within 7 days please fill in an extra information document available from reception and attach copies of the requested documents.
- Copy of parents Identification
- Copy of child’s birth certificate (It would be recommended that you get an unabridged birth certificate, if you are a single parent or if the child’s surname differs from the parent.
- Copy of latest report
- Proof of residence
- If parents work in the area, a letter from the employer/or a copy of of salary slip if it states employer details and employers address.
- Proof of residence – official lease agreement, utility/rates/electricity bill. If a parent is deceased, a death certificate.
Parents will be contacted via sms for the acceptance/decline by Gauteng Department of Education. It is advisable to do application at other schools as our school is a high pressure school and can not accommodate all the applications.
Grade 9 - 12 Application
Please collect extra information forms from reception and return with copies of all the requested documents.

Please note that the acceptance of scholars depends on the availability and the subject choices. Willowridge can only accommodate new higher grades, when existing scholars leave. Application Forms are available from reception.
