Our Grade 1 application dates are subject to the opening and closing dates announced by the Department of Education each year.
Please send proof of payment to office.prep@clarendonschools.co.za. As we strive for a cashless office environment we encourage electronic transfer payments or cash to be deposited at the bank.
Supporting Documentation
- Copy of your daughter’s unabridged birth certificate.
- Copy of your daughter’s immunisation card
- Copy of your daughter’s latest school report (where applicable).
- Copies of both parents' identity documents. Proof of residence.
- Small photo of your daughter.
- Valid residence visa if not a South African citizen.
Applications:
- Applications for Grade 8 open every year in February for the following year.
- Applications for Grade 9, 10 and 11, commence in the second term.
- Application forms for Clarendon High School are to be collected in person from our front office admission secretary, Mrs Zoë Newcombe.
- You may send a representative on your behalf.
- In order to receive an application form, you will need to fill out a register. Please ensure that the representative knows the pupil’s name and current school.
- Completed application forms and all supporting documentation must be handed in to the front office admission secretary, Mrs Zoë Newcombe, before the stipulated closing date.
