It would be useful to ensure that you have the following documents available for upload on your computer, prior to starting the application:
- Proof of payment of administration fee (in PDF)
- JPEG format photograph of child being enrolled
- Certified copy of birth certificate or identity document of child (in PDF)
- A certified copy of the child’s passport – for foreign nationals (in PDF) Certified copy of identity document of each parent and/or guardian (in PDF)
- Copy of latest report from the scholar’s present school – if the mid-year report is not available at the time of submission, the previous year’s December report should be submitted and the mid-year report to be forwarded as soon as it is available (in PDF)
- For local students, a copy of the front and back of the medical aid card, including a copy of the main member’s identity document should be saved together as one
- PDF document For foreign scholars, a PDF copy of their foreign students’ medical aid certificate that will cover them in South Africa; alternatively complete the application form for Medical insurance for foreign scholars during the application process
- For scholars without medical aid, parents should download, sign and uplaod (in PDF) the affidavit available in the application process, stating that a) that their child is not covered by medical aid, and b) which local government hospital the child should be taken to in the event of serious illness when the parent is not available
