Step One: Speak To Our Team, Learn About Blyth Academy

As the initial step of Blyth Academy’s admissions process, we encourage all parents and students to book a personalized virtual consultation with a campus Principal or Admissions Advisor.

Step Two: Complete An Online Application

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and are still being accepted for Term 4 (beginning April 22nd) and the 2020-2021 Academic Year (beginning September 2020).

In order to submit an application, families must first create an account on our Student Application Portal. From your account you can manage your application(s) and make fee payments.

Note that you will be required to pay a deposit at the time of application. If your child(ren)’s application is not successful, all deposits will be refunded.

Step Three: Application Review

The Admissions Committee reviews complete applications* on a rolling basis. If admitted to Blyth Academy, you will receive an email confirming your student’s enrolment. This email will include all of the details students need to prepare for their first day, including a copy of the Code of Conduct, which must be reviewed and signed off on prior to starting classes.

*Complete applications include: the online application and fee; interview with the Principal up-to-date transcript or credit counselling summary (or report card for elementary students); Individual Education Plan (IEP), Psychoeducational Report (if applicable); and additional documentation as requested by the campus (i.e. references, work samples, student reflection).

Step Four: Course Selection

The final step in the Blyth Academy admissions process occurs once a student has received their offer of enrolment and schedules a meeting with the Guidance Head of their campus to complete course selection for the upcoming academic year. Students can schedule this meeting at any point before the first day of class.
