Compulsory documents: the original birth certificate / id document and latest (june or Sept) school report of the learner must be handed in.
Copies will be made by the admin staff of the school. N.B. Incomplete applications will be rejected and the school will not Accept responsibility for lost documents. The id’s of the parents or Legal guardians are compulsory. Written proof of Parents /legal guardians residential address is Compulsory (example: water and electricity bill)
