Submit Online Application

You will need to upload copies/scans of the following documents:

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to submit your online application

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate
• If not a Canadian citizen, a copy of your child’s passport/student visa
• A copy of your child’s immunization record
• A copy of your child’s most recent report card (where applicable)
• A recent photograph of your child

Intakes

An intake is required for all students, allowing us to meet your child and learn a little bit about him/her. Parents will be contacted to arrange an appointment.

Acceptance Letters

Students with completed applications by January 31st will be notified by the first week of March. After that date, admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis as space allows.

Confirmation and Notification

Completed enrolment documents must be returned by the deadline indicated in your enrolment package. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of application and deposit via email.

• Ontario Health Card Number
• Private Medical Insurance (if applicable)
• Credit card information for non-refundable deposit
