Thank you for your interest in Crescent School. Below you will find what you need to successfully apply to our school.

The deadline to apply for the current school year has passed, and we are now accepting late applications. Late applicants will miss our first round of offers and be placed directly in our wait-pool.

Applying to Grades 3 to 5

Step 1:

Complete the online application form. Your application will automatically save so you may exit and return to it at any time. A confirmation webpage will appear after your application is submitted and payment received. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Step 2:

Book your interview through the link in your applicant checklist.

Step 3:

You will have access to your application checklist once you have completed the online application form and have submitted the application fee. Please upload the following documents as soon as possible:

• Final/June report cards plus most recent from current year
• Passport or Birth Certificate
• Teacher Assessment Form

Step 5:

Attend our January 18, Assessment Day.

Applying to Grade 6

• Final/June report cards plus most recent from current year
• Passport or Birth Certificate
• Teacher Assessment Form

All applicants to Grades 7 to 11 must complete the Character Skills Snapshot (CSS), an online assessment. Please log into SSAT.org to register.

The Character Skills Snapshot measures eight essential character skills: resilience, open-mindedness, responsibility, teamwork, social awareness, self-control, intellectual curiosity and initiative.

Step 5:

If a candidate is selected for an interview, the link to select a date and time will become available in his application checklist by December 19 last year. Candidates selected to book an interview are required to attend our January 11 Assessment Day.

Applying to Grade 8

All boys applying to Grade 8 must write the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT). Register online at ssat.org and use the Crescent School test code #2667.

Step 6:

Select candidates may be contacted in early February to book an interview.
