Candidates who have initiated an application are strongly encouraged to experience a day in the life of a current St. Michael’s College School student. A portion of the Shadow a St. Michael’s Student Experience will be committed to an activity and discussion in fulfillment of the interview component for each candidate’s application. Provide Academic Documents Online
Families are required to scan and upload copies of the candidate's final report cards from the previous two years as well as a copy of the current school year report cards. Candidates seeking entrance to Grades 11 or 12 must submit an Official Transcript and their Credit Counselling Summary.
Complete the Student Reference Online
As part of the application process families must provide the student reference to their son’s current teacher through the online application. Families will require the teacher’s name and email address to complete this part of the application.
Submit Application Fee
Payment of a non-refundable $125 application fee. Families wishing to make a payment via mail or in person should contact the Office of Admissions.

Interview
Once an application is initiated, candidates are required to complete an interview. An interview does take place during a personal tour or a shadow day. If the applicant does not participate in a tour or a shadow day, families are asked to schedule an interview with Mrs. Kim Celotti at celotti@smcsmail.com or 416-653-3180 ext. 500.
Complete the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT)
- only for candidates seeking Grade 7,8, or 9 entrance
Complete Character Skills Snapshot
Once a candidate has registered for the SSAT, the Character Skills Snapshot will become available. This 20-30 minute survey is completed online. Please ensure results are sent directly to St. Michael's College School.
