The school caters for boys and girls from Grade R to Grade 12.
Spiritual requirements
Before a child will be accepted into the school, at least one of the parents or the legal guardian is required to indicate signed agreement with the Statement of Faith and indicate a commitment to supporting the school as it teaches their child both to believe and live according to these and other Biblical doctrines. Please download and complete the Application for Admission to have your child placed at Heritage academy or you may request a hard copy Prospectus which will also include an Application for Admission Form. The medium of instruction of all children attending Heritage Academy will be English.
Required Documents
An application will only be processed once all of the following have been received:
- Application fee
- A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Certified copy of the parents’ (or guardians’) identity documents
- The completed Confidential Questionnaire form from the previous school
- Latest salary advice and 3 months bank statement
- Proof of residential address
- A certified copy of the child’s most recent report
- Grade R – 3 applicants: a certified copy of the Immunisation Card
- Copy of Medical Aid card (if on Medical Aid)
- A passport size photograph
- Fully completed Application Form
- Transfer Card from Previous School
Test
Your child may be required to write a Placement Test.
Application Fee
- Payment of the Application Fee does NOT guarantee a place in Heritage Academy and is non-refundable.
- Once ALL the documentation (fully completed) has been received, the application will be processed. An interview will then be arranged to determine whether your child will be accepted at our school.
- On acceptance a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 2 months fees will be required and should be paid by the stipulated due date before the child starts school to secure your child’s place at Heritage Academy.
