Step: 1

Step:2

  • Entrance Screening :All first–time students undergo a screening process.
  • Entrance screening fee: $ 400.00 MXN (Four hundred Mexican Pesos)

Should the student be admitted, this $400.00 payment will be applied towards his registration fee. The fee is non-refundable for students who are not admitted to the school

Step:3

Submit the student information requested in the school’s portal using the key number provided by email on the days previous to the entrance screening.

Step:4

Attend the entrance screening at the date and time established. On this date you must submit the original payment receipt for the entrance screening. (If the original payment receipt is not submitted, the amount will not be applied to the enrollment fee). The Mexican students to enter K2 and K3 must submit a photocopy of grades from previous school.

Step:5

If the student is accepted, please attend the Admissions Office (9 Poniente, 2709, Col. La Paz) to pay the enrollment fee, sign the Educational Services Contract and submit the following documents:

Mexican National Students

  • Original and two photocopies of student’s birth certificate.
  • Six recent black and white photographs, thumbnail size, with the child’s full name written on the back.
  • Photocopy of vaccination card.
  • Photocopy of CURP
  • Copy of the official identification of the parent who sign the Educational Services Agreement

International Students

  • Original and 2 photocopies of birth certificate, with apostil
  • 6 recent black and white photos, 2.5 x 3 cm, with full name on the back
  • Photocopy of Official Vaccination Record
  • Photocopy of CURP (Unique Population Registry Code)
  • Photocopy of updated immigration document (Temporary Residence card or Permanent Residence card)

Payment methods

The Admissions Office will assign you a family number and a student number that will function as a reference number to make the enrollment fee payment. The enrollment fee payment can be made at the cashier at La Paz through the following paying methods:

  • Nominative check payable to Fundación Colegio Americano de Puebla
  • Visa and Master Card credit or debit cards (a commission of 1.8% will apply)
  • American Express (a commission of 3% will apply)

Step:6

Attend to the informative session on the designated date
