Website

Please browse through our website, particularly the FAQs (frequently asked questions) page to determine if our hours, location and other factors are suitable to your needs.

Tour

Call us to book your personal tour of the school. The tour takes about 15 - 20 minutes and we would be available to answer any questions you may have. It is not necessarily to bring your child along at this stage, but your child is certainly welcomed to accompany you.

Information Package

Only prospective parents who have completed a tour of our school will be provided with a complete information package (including application form). We encourage that the entire package be reviewed carefully so an informed decision can be made before submitting an application.

Booking an assessment period

At the time a parent submits an application form and any required payment, an assessment consent form must also be submitted. The parent must then make arrangement with the school for an assessment of the child by the school at a mutually convenient date(s) and time(s). The assessment comprises of two parts: (i) a trial period for the child to spend up to TWO FULL DAYS in the classroom program (for Casa and Elementary children); and (ii) a written assessment (for children 5 years of age and over).

Admissions

As a pre-requisite for acceptance of the child into Trinity Montessori School, the results of BOTH parts of the assessment must be determined by the school to be satisfactory in the sole discretion of the school.

Enrollment

Upon a satisfactory assessment of the child by the school, written confirmation of acceptance would be provided to the parents. The parent will then have 5 business days to submit to the school all remaining payment(s) and documentation required to complete the application process. A complete list of the required items will be provided to the parents when acceptance is confirmed.

Trinity Montessori School is a private school focused upon achieving student success. To ensure and to maximize this student success, Trinity Montessori School restricts student admissions to only those students who demonstrate all of:

  • The potential to achieve academic excellence;
  • An independently-motivated work ethic to enthusiastically achieve such academic excellence;
  • The ability and willingness to fully participate in the physical fitness program of the school; and
  • Well-developed emotional (intra-personal) and social (inter-personal) skills, necessary to co-operatively and fully participate within a friendly but competitive school environment.
