1. Shambala Kidz registration form
2. Photocopy both sides of Parents’ NRIC 3. Photocopy of Child’s MyKid/ Birth Certificate/ Passport
4. Photographs & IC of authorized person to pick up your child from school
Kindly note that your registration only confirm when you visit and pay the registration fee and deposit. We accept children of all nationalities, religions and social backgrounds, at any time of the year if places are available.
