Girls normally join Monmouth School Girls’ Prep in the September following their seventh birthday, but we do welcome applications for entry to every year.
All parents who are considering Monmouth School Girls’ Prep are welcome to visit the school on a normal working day by appointment. This gives parents and their daughters an opportunity to meet the staff and pupils, view the facilities and ask any queries that they may have.
A registration form, available from the Admissions Registrar, is completed by the parents before the end of February in the year of admission and returned to the school, together with a registration fee to cover administrative costs.
The Admissions Team arrange Open Days each year for prospective pupils and their parents to visit the school. These are deliberately chosen to be during term time so that you can see the school in action and be guided round by current pupils who will give you a pupil’s viewpoint. Individual visits can be arranged at other times if the dates are not convenient for you.
