There are many things to take into account in choosing a school, but the most important by far is how it will fit with your child's needs. School is a critical social and emotional environment for your child's formative years. Spring Street International School is committed to maintaining an inclusive community that welcomes students and families of all ethnic, economic, religious, and racial backgrounds.

Determining Student Needs

We welcome the opportunity to meet and talk with you about Spring Street International School. We offer multiple ways to discover more about our school: family visits including tour and conversation with Krista Strutz in Admissions and Louis Prussack, Head of School, “A Day at Spring Street” student visits, and telephone or video conferences. Spring Street strives for diversity – diversity in experience, personality, interests, cultures, strengths, and challenges. We believe that students learn best when there are multiple points of view and experiences in the classroom. Because of our small class sizes, we are able to meet the individual needs of each of our students.

When evaluating a student for admission, we consider:

  • Academic achievement
  • Engagement
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Teacher recommendations
  • Student visit
