The application process has 3 stages and the admission process has 2 stages as outlined below:
In-Year Applications:
Please email the Admissions Officer (admissions@abraracademy.com) with your circumstances and why you are interested in an In-Year application as opposed to beginning-of-year. Once this is done, the link to the In-Year Application Form will be provided.
If your child has been successful in the initial application form process you will be invited for an interview (date to be confirmed).
This stage entails:
You will be informed via email if your child is to be offered a conditional place within one month of the interview. Those who are unsuccessful in acquiring a place may be placed on a waiting list should a spot become available.
Please take consideration and ensure not to take any photographs of the Academy whilst on the tour.
If your child is accepted he will be offered a conditional place in the Academy and the offer must be accepted within the time given (typically two weeks). The conditional offer will become unconditional once you have agreed to the contract with the school and paid the requisite admission fee (£200), again within the time given (typically within one week of accepting the offer).
Towards the end of the third term, you will receive several documents, including the Home/School Agreement and a selection of school policies. Please take time to read our Parental Contract. You will also be required to provide the following:
Failure to provide the above documents may affect your child’s enrolment.
This is the final stage of your child’s admission into Abrar Academy in September, the exact date for which will be provided with the Induction Material. Please ensure to read the term dates and all other relevant documents beforehand as this will enable a smooth transition from your child’s current environment into the environment of Abrar إن شاء الله. Please bear in mind that the term fees will also need to be paid before your child enrols. For more information, please go to our Fees Page.
If you have any more questions or would like any further details, please do not hesitate to contacts us by emailing the Admissions Officer via admissions@abraracademy.com

“When a man dies, his acts come to an end but three; recurring charity, or knowledge (by which people) benefit, or a pious son, who prays for him (for the deceased).”
