Our Admission Officers are experts in the private school admission process, and they work closely with each family: you’ll have the opportunity to take a virtual tour of our campus in Southborough, Massachusetts, meet with admission representatives, learn about our day and boarding school options, and talk with teachers and administrators. There are two ways to apply to Fay School: you may apply online, or you may fill out a paper application and mail it to the Office of Admission. For either application process, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
To get started, please click on the link below that includes the grade for which you will be applying.
To begin the application process, please download the Primary School Applicant Checklist. (If your child is currently enrolled at the Early Learning Center, please download this checklist instead.) Then complete the online or print applications below. The application fee is $50; click here for information about how to make your payment.
We will accept day student applications for Fall beginning in September. Applicants who apply before January 15 will receive notification of admission decisions on March 10th of current year. After January 15, applications will still be accepted on a rolling basis for grades where space is available.
Students applying for Kindergarten must turn five years of age prior to October 1 of the year they wish to enroll. If your child is younger than our required age, we encourage you to register for the Early Learning Center at Fay School.

Boarding Students
Boarding applicants are considered on a rolling basis. International applicants who would like to be considered in the first, priority round of decisions should complete their applications by December 15. Subsequent to that date, international boarding student applications will be considered on a rolling basis dependent on space availability.
