Downlands College

This application form allows families to enrol online and pay via credit card. A non-refundable fee of $75 ($150 for international students) will be charged per application.

In order to improve the ease of use of this application, we require your email address initially. An email will be sent to this address with a URL to continue the application at your convenience.

Before beginning, it will be useful to have the following documents in digital format, ready to upload as required:

• Copies of ALL your child's school reports for the past two (2) years
• Copies of ALL your child's NAPLAN results (international students exempt),
• A copy of your child's birth certificate.

Step 1: The Application for Enrolment is the first step in the Downlands College Enrolment process. Once completed, you will receive confirmation of receipt of application.

Step 2: The Enrolment Interview is most often conducted by the College Principal and is attended by the child along with her/his parents/carers. Once the Application for Enrolment is received, families will be invited to organise and attend an interview.

Step 3: After the Enrolment Interview, the Principal will either:

a.write to advise of a successful application, and include a letter of offer of placement at Downlands; or,

b. write to advise that an application has been unsuccessful.

Step 4: To secure a place at Downlands, parents/carers and the child must sign the Acceptance of Enrolment at Downlands, remitting this, along with the $500 confirmation fee ($1500 for international student confirmation), within the stated timeframe (usually four (4) weeks).

NB: Receipt of a Downlands College Application for Enrolment does not constitute acceptance of the child’s enrolment, nor does it guarantee a child a place at Downlands College.
