We accept applications throughout the year for boarding students in grades 6-12 and day students in grades K-12. Families are encouraged to use our handy online application portal. You may also contact us to request application forms by mail or email.

How to Apply
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
Create an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications and monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, such as recommendation forms and transcripts.

Application
Application for admission and report of medical history, completed and signed by the custodial parent.
Fee
A $150.00 non-refundable application fee. You can visit our payment portal
Transcript
A school transcript of grades with achievement and/or I.Q. test results (if available) for Grade 6-12 applicants or a copy of the most recent report card for Grade 1-5 applicants.
Evaluations
Two teacher evaluations from the school last attended for grade 6-12 applicants: one from the student’s English teacher and one from the student’s math or science teacher. For Grade 1-5 applicants, a recommendation from the current teacher is sufficient.
Interview
A personal interview & campus visit with the applicant and parent(s) is required for grade 6-12 applicants. (The interview may be waived or modified for out-of-state and international students.) For grade K-5 applicants, a parent interview is required. Please call our office to schedule interviews and campus visits.
Birth Certificate
A copy of the student’s birth certificate. International students must also submit a copy of their passport.
When the application process is complete, the Admissions Committee will meet to consider the applicant. Parents will be notified of our decision, usually within one week. If the student is accepted, an agreement for admission will be sent along with a request for a deposit.
Boarding students pay a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 while day students pay a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. International students must pay a deposit of $11,625.00 in order for the Academy to issue an I-20 ($500 is non-refundable should the student fail to acquire a visa) All deposits are applied to the total program cost. Deposits can be paid through our Smart Tuition portal
