Students from across the U.S. and around the world come to western Maine where the air is clean, the stars shine at night, the people are genuine and the learning is relevant. Hebron Academy is a diverse and welcoming community of curious enthusiastic learners. We believe that each and every student that finds a fit at Hebron "belongs" in our community.
It is what you do at Hebron that defines who you become. Hike Mount Katahdin, design in the Fab(rication) Lab, go on a dog-sledding adventure or string a lacrosse net. Take an AP exam, skate in Robinson Arena, build a yurt and be on the math team. You will be encouraged to try it all at Hebron.

We make a point of getting to know our students well - their interests, aspirations, and areas for growth - both in and outside of the classroom as the more we know, the more we can support your journey at Hebron.

Step 2: Schedule a Tour / Interview
If you would still like to visit in person*, please select a date and time using our scheduling tool. Individual student interviews can be conducted during the Campus Visit. We look forward to meeting you!
If you are not able to visit, then we encourage you to take some time to view our Interactive Virtual Tour. This online experience will help give you a full impression of our facilities and surroundings. If you like what you see, then we will contact you for a student interview as part of the application process.
Step 3: Online Application
Hebron offers Rolling Admissions, meaning that if we have space, we are happy to consider your application now or as soon as you are ready - so apply early to get a priority answer about next year.
We want you to begin to plan for the opportunity at Hebron as soon as possible. With an early decision commitment, you will know your spot is reserved, and you can relax and begin to plan! You will also receive Hebron communications and can be first in line to sign up for the many classes and activities that await you as a Hebron Lumberjack!
To begin your application to hebron: Create your student profile with Enrollment Management Association's Standard Application Online (SAO) OR Start your profile through Hebron Academy's online application.
Step 4: Optional Testing
Hebron is proud to be test-optional as we recognize that there are many attributes and skills not measured on a standardized test. However, if you have any test results (TOEFL, PSAT, SSAT, ACT) that will help us to know you better, please feel free to share them us.
As a school that provides formalized Academic Guidance Coaching, any educational testing that will help us understand your academic needs better to help you achieve your goals is welcomed and necessary for assessing any specialized tutoring services.
