Arrange a Tour with the Admission Team
The admission team will coordinate with you on a suitable time and day for your tour. If the student is from overseas the admissions team will walk you through the process as it is a little different.
Trial Day
If you wish your child to have a trial day before deciding on admission, we would be more than happy to arrange this.
Registration
Go to the Admission Documents page on the website. Download the documents pertaining to your child and save the file on your computer. Fill in the document, and sign where required. Go to the ‘Step Two’ button and log in to your account. You will be asked to add more information about your child/children and to upload the documents that you saved to your files plus a copy of the child’s passport or birth certificate and the last two school/preschool/home-school reports. Now save and submit the form.
Admissions Process Information
The Admissions Manager will review your information and will pass the admission to the next stage. The Head of School will review the admission and may contact you for more information or to arrange an interview or telephone call. Once the admission has been approved by the Head it will be passed to the Executive Head for final acceptance.
Executive Head Acceptance
The Executive Head will then review the admission and give his acceptance. An email will be sent to you containing an acceptance letter and an invoice for the deposit (if the student’s start date is imminent it will include fees).
Confirm Acceptance
Now it is over to you to let the admissions team know that you are confirming the acceptance and to set a start date.
Start Date
The admissions team will liaise with you to find out the best day that you and your child can come for the uniform fitting (if not Sixth Form) and any other needed actions. At this point, you will receive the information regarding your child’s admission including a log-on to the Parent Portal where you can access your child’s school reports, calendars and accounts.
