These individuals cannot be related to you. You must have one from each of the categories below:

Academic Records. E-mail a copy of your child's transcript of all high school courses taken to our Admissions Coordinator at kim.miller@miloacademy.org. If you are enrolling your child into 9th grade, send a copy of your child's transcript of all courses taken in 8th grade so far. Unofficial transcripts are okay for this step. Your official transcript(s) will be received with your 'Request for Student Records.

Finances. Before your student's interview can be scheduled, you will need to finalize a payment plan with the Office of Finances. For financial information on the various financial assistance available, you can read through our financial information packet. Please know that your student will not have an admissions interview until you have signed a financial payment plan.

  • To apply for financial assistance, you will need to fill out and submit an application called the 'FACTS Tuition Aid & Grant Assessment' to verify if you qualify. Be sure to submit all required documents that the FACTS application asks for and know that after you submit all documents, it can take 2-3 weeks for the application to finish processing.

Interview. Once you have completed steps 1 through 4, our Admissions Coordinator will contact you to set up an interview with you and your child. Please note that we must have received your application, all three references, and your student's academic transcripts prior to scheduling an interview. If you have any questions regarding any of these items, please contact Mrs. Miller via E-mail at kim.miller@miloacademy.org or by phone at (541) 825-3200 extension 3321.
