Allen Academy welcomes students from across the globe and is accredited to issue I-20 documentation to students with F1 visas. International students can either live with a relative or apply as a boarding student. Boarding accommodation is available to students in 9th-12th grades and consists of five villas located about one mile from the school campus and housing fifteen students. Each villa is shared by three students who have their own bedroom with en-suite bath and who share a living area and fully equipped kitchen. There are a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation. Breakfast and lunch are provided on campus during the school week and are included in fees. Students cater for themselves in the evenings and at weekends. Houseparents oversee all life in the boarding house and provide daily transport for students.
The application process is the same for our international students. Online applications can be submitted through our website. The school requires an assessment of English language proficiency instead of the ISEE test (preferably a TOEFL test score). A Skype interview will also be conducted. For more information about the application process please see the International Admission Process Page.
