Saint John Paul II Academy Open House

Our campus is open to all potential students and their families. If you are entering the 9th grade next year or considering transferring to a new high school this is your opportunity to see first hand all that SJPII has to offer.
Guided tours will allow you and your family to interact with one of our students as they show you around our 30 acre campus.
Faculty from all departments will be on hand to discuss course offerings at the Academy.
Administrators will be on hand to greet you and share the exciting things that are going on at the Academy.
Coaches and athletes will be available from all 27 teams.
Clubs and Organizations will be on display with offerings for all interests.

Applying For Grade 9 (Freshmen)
If you are currently in the 8th grade and are interested in applying for the next school year, please be sure to select the 9th Grade application. Alternate Testing Dates
Note: The same placement test is given at all Catholic high schools, you should take this test at your first-choice school.
All documentation must be received by SJPII no later than January 17, to be considered for acceptance and be mailed a decision letter on February 3,. All other applicants will be considered on a rolling admissions basis until the class is full.

Admissions Policy
All Transfer Students are placed on a 90 day Probationary Period
*The Diocese of Palm Beach requires that, prior to attendance in school, each student present or have on file with the school a certificate of immunization for the prevention of those communicable diseases for which immunization is required by the Department of Health. A completed Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH 680) is required to document the administration of prescribed immunization doses. An exemption from immunization requirements is permissible only with a physician’s certification as to the need for either a temporary or permanent medical exemption. An exemption from immunization requirements is not permissible for religious, philosophical, personal, or other reasons.
Application Process
Transfer students are considered for admission to Saint John Paul II Academy before and up to two weeks into both the first and second semester. If extenuating circumstances exists we may consider a student beyond the time frame already outlined, however, it will be decided on a case by case basis.

Decision Letters
Transfer applicants are considered on a rolling basis and letters are mailed when the Admissions Committee makes a decision.
Registration
Transfer students are considered for admission for both the first and second semesters. Transfer students have two weeks to register from the date on their decision letter.
