How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Campion Academy. Applying is easy using our online application--just follow the 3 steps below. A non-refundable fee of $35 must be submitted with each application. ​ (970) 667-5592 ext 109 | jessica.rios@campion.net

*Note: You do not need to reapply if you are already a student at Campion Academy. Returning students will receive notice from the registrar regarding the reapplication packet.

Step 1

Student Admission

• Complete student admission application.
• Submit a copy of most recent grades and/or transcripts to sue.helm@campion.net.

Step 2

Complete Online Enrollment Packet: Once a student application has been submitted, an email link will be sent with instructions on completing the online enrollment packet.

Step 3

Submit Enrollment Forms: Download and submit enrollment forms to sherry.hay@campion.net. (These forms are different than the online enrollment packet that was sent to you via email link.)

Step 4

Financial Aid: Contact finance office to set up a payment plan. If applying for financial aid, an application must be filled out.
