Thank you for your interest in Pine Tree Academy. We are excited that you are considering or have already selected our school for your child’s education. We understand that this is an important decision, and we promise to earn the trust you’ve placed in us.

Financial Clearance

  • A financial consult will need to be completed as a part of enrollment. You can email Mrs. Milano at [email protected]. All financial arrangements and enrollment should be completed before students will be enrolled in the school program.
  • Families participate in the FACTS program. Payments for the new school year would not come out until August.
  • We are offering a payment in full discount again this year. All payments in full by cash or check postmarked by July 15, will receive a 5% discount. All credit card payments by July 15, will receive a 2% discount. Payments in full by cash or check postmarked by August 15, will receive a 3% discount.
  • For local church assistance, contact your pastor as soon as possible and ask the church treasurer or pastor to confirm the amount of assistance to PTA. If you wish to apply for student aid, please request this application from the Business Office.
  • Please note that music and several other items are on a pay-as-you-go basis, and are not a part of the Financial Plan. You will sign up for these activities when you register for school in August.

Submit application online

Go to pine tree academy.info/apply and complete all the necessary steps. You must submit updated immunization records and a physical form. Request or schedule this with your child's provider as soon as possible to avoid delays.

School Records

Requested on your behalf

As soon as your application is received we will request school records from your child's current school. If your child is homeschooled, please be aware that you are expected to provide your school records to us.

Wait to hear from us

The Admissions Committee meets 1-2 times per month over the summer. Please be advised that your application will be reviewed at the next closest meeting. Be sure all items are submitted to avoid delays.

Acceptance

HOORAY! Once accepted, you will receive an email and next steps. At this point you should order uniforms, contact your child's teacher with any questions, and prepare for the first day of school!
