Places at St John’s are limited and parents are advised to apply early.
The admissions process is slightly different, depending on whether you are applying from the UK or overseas. Please follow the relevant link below providing further detail.
The first step is to contact the Admissions Department to arrange your visit to the school.
Following your visit, the next step is to register your child by completing and returning our registration form, together with the registration fee.
Once a registration form is received, we will contact your child’s current school for a reference – please ensure your child’s current Headteacher is aware of your plans.
The next step is to arrange taster days for your child, which will include our online entrance assessments for children entering Year 5 and above. Candidates may also be invited for interview with the Headteacher.
Following successful completion of our entrance assessments we would hope to be in a position to make a formal offer of a place and a deadline will be set for acceptance and payment of the deposit.
Further taster days may be arranged during the term preceding your child’s entry to St John’s to start forming those all-important friendships and familiarising themselves with our beautiful school.
