Application should made on forms obtainable from the Cashier, between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm on any school day on payment of Rs.1000/-
Duly filled applications must be send under registered post.
For the interview, parents / legal guardians (documentary evidence required) should call over personally with their National Identity Cards, along with the Child’s Original Birth Certificate and copies of the same.
