Admission Process at Beaconhouse al Khuwair
To join the Beaconhouse Family, please complete the Application Form.
After receiving the admission form, our admissions team will get in touch with you within 2 working days, and your child will be invited to do an assessment at the school.
Supporting Documents
Please send the following documents to registrar@beaconhouse.edu.om, after you have filled the application form.
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s passport, visa and Oman ID
- A copy of both parents’ passport, visa and Oman ID
- 4 Passport photos of your child
- Previous years’ school reports
- Important note regarding last school’s report cards’ attestation
- For expatriate students coming from outside of GCC, attestation to be done from the concerned embassy in Oman and Oman Foreign Affairs.
- For expatriate students coming from Community Schools in Oman, attestation to be done from the Ministry of Education at Seeb, Airport Heights
- For GCC National students and expatriate coming from within GCC, attestation to be done from the Ministry of Education from the concerned country
- Transfer Certificate or school leaving
- Copy of the Immunization Record

Additional Information
- It is imperative that these documents are either submitted during registration or before the commencement of the academic year, otherwise the admission process will be delayed.
- If you have just arrived in Oman and you are still waiting for your visa to be processed, we are happy to accept your application whilst you arrange these documents. We will need copies once your visa and Oman ID have been granted.
- As requested from MOE, for your child to study Kalemon instead of Arabic subject, the last 4 years’ report cards are required to be submitted where only the final report card should be attested.
