- Iqama expiration from the Absher Portal (both parents and learner/s)
- Original Report Card and its photocopy
Incoming Kindergarten (First-time learners)
- Iqama & Expiration from the Absher Portal
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Must Undergo an Assessment Test and Oral Inteview
TRANSFEREES (Non-Filipino)
- Iqama & Expiration of iqama from Absher Portal
- Original files from previous school
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- One piece 2x2 picture
- Must undergo an Assessment Test and Oral Interview
TRANSFEREES ( Filipino)
- Iqama & Expiration of iqama from Absher portal
- Original Report Card from previous school
- Certificate of Good Moral
- Honorable Dismissal/Certificate of No Financial Liability
- Passport
- Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA)
- Must Undergo an Assessment Test and Oral Interview
SAUDI NATIONALS (even if the wife is a Filipina)
- Permit from the Ministry of Education
- Must Undergo an Assessment Test and Oral Interview
FLOW OF REGISTRATION
- Step 1: Assessment of Documents at the Registrar's Office (incomplete requirements will not be entertained)
- Step 2: Assessment Exam and Oral Interview for Transferees, Incoming Kindergarten and Incoming SHS STEM Strand learners.
- Step 3: Payment of Miscellaneous Fees and E-books, which are NON-REFUNDABLE, at the Cahier's Office.
- Step 4: Proceed to ICT Room for installation of e-books.
