Documents to Be Submitted

• Copies of Iqama of Student and Parents, along with original for Verification.
• Copies of Passport of Student and Parents, along with original for Verification.
• 4 Recent passport size color photographs of the student.
• Previous 3 Years Original Report Cards.
• Original Transfer Certificate.
• Photocopy of Vaccination Certificate.
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate.

Note: -TC and Report Card should be attested as required by MOE norms, Jeddah. (HRD,Notary,Saudi Consulate)

Removal From School Rolls & Re-admission

The name of the student will be automatically removed from the school roll if the fees are not paid continuously for a period of 2 months. Consequently the student will not be allowed to attend school or write exams. The results of such students will be withheld and Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing the dues. Re-admission fee of SR 1000 will be charged besides recovering other fees and arrears. Re-admission may be considered only if the school authorities are convinced of non-recurrence of default in future.
