Required Documents
The following documents are necessary for the prospective student enrollment at JGIS. Please provide copies of the following and originals for verification.
- Complete Enrollment Application (Please answer all of the questions).
- Six recent passport size Photographs.
- ID card or Valid Resident Permit (Iqama) for student and parents/guardian.
- Student’s Birth Certificate.
- Student’s Vaccination/Immunization Card.
- Student’s Passport information pages.
- Passport information pages for the parents/guardian.
- Medical Fitness Certificate (blank copy is available)
- Original Previous Academic Record for students from K.S.A.
- Previous Result Card or Transcript (Not required for KGs).
- Previous School Leaving Certificate.
- Original Previous Academic Record for students from outside K.S.A.
- Previous Result Card or Transcript (Not required for KGs).
- Previous School Leaving Certificate.
- Above documents must be attested by:
- Ministry of Education in the country where the child attended the school.
- Saudi Embassy in the country where the child attended the school.
- Ministry of Education, K.S.A.
NOTE: The Student File must be completed before the acceptance of a student at JGIS.
