Enrolment Process

Part 1:

Complete the online enrolment form which includes providing scans of required supporting documents.

• Birth Certificate OR Passport
• Proof of address (for example, phone, power bill, residency agreement)
• Last school report
• Immunisation Record

Part 2:

Once your application has been approved, caregivers will be emailed their logins for the Caregiver's Portal and links to complete the following required forms:

• Blanket Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC)
• Health Profile Form

You will need your Caregiver's login to complete these forms. The Caregiver's Portal is accessed from the school website.

You may be asked to provide additional documentation or be invited to an enrolment interview.
