This application can be partially completed and updated at a later time, however, it is preferred that you gather all the required documents that need to be attached and submit a complete application. In order to return to your application you must complete all the ‘required’ fields, submit your enrolment and tick “remember me on this computer”. You are also able to choose to start a new enrolment application or update the existing application if you use the same computer. Please complete your application on a PC or computer rather than smart device.
Your enrolment application will not be able to be processed until all the documents are provided. Please allow up to 5 working days for processing of the application. Please ensure that your scanned or photographed documents are named with the surname and first initial of your child, as well as the type of document. (See below for example)
