- fill out the form and upload requirements.
- 2. Wait for 2-3 days for evaluation of documents. You will receive an email on the schedule of the Online Interview via Google meet or Zoom (only applicable for incoming grade 3 - grade 12 students)
- 3. Pay the Admission Processing fee of 500 ($25 for Foreigners).
- 4. Once done with the admission process, Access the link below

- and fill out the registration form.
- Proceed to enrollment. The accounting department will send the official assessment of fees.

- Wait for 2-3 days for evaluation of documents. The accounting department will send the official assessment of fees.
- Proceed to enrollment.
Requirements for Admission
- 2x2 Pictures
- Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Clear copy of Report Card/Transcript of Records
Requirements for Registration and Enrollment
- Original Copy of the Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Medical Certificate
Additional Requirements for Grade 11 - 12
- Certificate of Completion in Junior High School
- Recommendation Letter
For Foreigners:
- Clear Photocopy of Passport
- Parents Pictures
- Special Study Permit (SSP)
- Alien Certificates of Registration (ACR)
- Report Card and/or Transcript of Records must be authenticated or red-ribboned by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate from the country of origin.
